Frances Dillon joined Blue Diamond Growers in October 2022, following a 20-year career at HSBC, a global banking and financial services company.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, she is responsible for driving Blue Diamond’s people proposition and leading the human resources practice to ensure the co-op has access to the talent, skills, and experience needed to win as a team.

Throughout her career, Frances has held multiple HR roles across the US, UK, and other countries, including VP of Human Resources, SVP of Talent & Organization Development, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, and Global Head of People Strategy & Culture. She has a passion for building and linking leadership capabilities within organizations to align with long-range business strategies and goals.

Frances holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. She enjoys exploring new places with her husband and two sons, who keep her weekends filled with baseball and soccer.
